1) An absolute ruler who governs without restrictions.
2) A ruler who exercises power in a harsh, cruel manner.
3) An oppressive, harsh, arbitrary person.

It seems that this is what Clinton would like to make out of the presidency. Between Carter sucking up to Castro and Clinton wanting presidents to be elected any number of times, the Dems sure are headed down a good road. Yes, there is what Slick Willy said about still not being able to serve more than two consecutive terms as president, but once the 22nd is weakened, it’s only a matter of time before it goes away completely. Not to play up a much over-used analogy, but Caesar was first installed by will of the people through the Roman senate, and thus began the decline of the republic.
