According to Cimmeron Gillespie, who I just ran into in the hallway, the Pacifica Forum is no longer meeting at the downtown Baker Center. They will be having their next meeting this Friday at Agate Hall on 18th and Agate – namely, on campus.

What “major internal splits”? If you mean banning rojas from holding the floor, that was hardly major, or internal. And besides, he still plans to attend PF “when the topics interest him”.
Hopefully, any protesters that show, will be the responsible types– people that actually CARE about FACTS and EVIDENCE, as opposed to the usually lemming crew like those CALC has had such an EASY time agitating.

If the university would have just let them at the spot they’re at, protests probably would have been minimal, the Pacifica Forum (after suffering major internal splits) would have eventually died out and everybody could have been happy with the situation. However, The university has demonstrated that it doesn’t give a flying fuck. Now protestors will be PISSED. Way too go U of O. That’ll encourage diversity on campus for sure! Morons….

The CALC crew was doing it’s putrid best to tout itself again by lying about PF at the “Community Conversations: What is a Hate Crime?” forum, this eve.
Look for ’em to be pulling some of their campus levers in the upcoming hours.

Let the shitshow begin…. again. Honestly I doubt any of them will show up. I’ve been going since they moved to the Baker Center and Gillespie was the only student there each time. And the Baker Center wasn’t much further from campus than Agate Hall. EMX drives right by it. They just lost interest when it stopped being “cool” to protest.
