Let’s Kick Some Iranian Ass

If the fear-mongerers haven’t already told you, there was an incident today involving five Iranian ships making ‘aggressive manuevers and showing hostile intent’ towards three U.S. Navy ships in international waters.

Following is a transcript of an IM exchange between two American patriots in reaction:

D: Iranian ships just made advances toward US ships in international waters

S: Dude fucking awesome! Ron Paul 2008

D: Yeah but let’s fucking kick some ass first, those bastards want to fight us

S: Alright man! Let’s do this! I’ll book a flight to Iran right now, get your guns ready! Leeeeerooooy Jeeeeeekiiiiiins!

In other, unrelated news, oil prices are up 49 cents.

  1. Guy says:

I think the monkeys must be drunk or the fight’s results aren’t legally binding.

  2. Timothy says:

FUCK YES I DO. What kind of man do you take me for?

  3. CJ Ciaramella says:

And by “ancient code of the sea” you mean monkey knife fights, right?

  4. Timothy says:

One day I’m going to live on a giant boat in international waters where there are no laws, only the ancient code of the sea.

  5. Your absolutely right, Vincent. I mean what right do we have to station our ships in international waters anyways?

  6. Vincent. says:

“Thedude”, despite his weak grammar, is absolutely right. I mean, I can’t think of a single reason why the US Navy would have ships stationed in the Strait of Hormuz, the only outlet through which Iraqi ports have access to the ocean. Nope. Can’t think of a single reason. Not one.

  7. Thedude says:

Interesting, I don’t remember hearing about iranian boats off the coast of Florida, or in the gulf of mexico, or outside San Diego. So we put an armada off there coast and then get pissed when there ships get a little too close?

  8. I think Iran is making more of a Leroy Jenkins move in this case. This is from a CSM article:

The boats reportedly got within several hundred yards of the American ships and dropped boxes in the water. Radio communications between the vessels indicated the Iranian boats were preparing to detonate explosives.

Pentagon officials would not confirm specifics of the communications, but according to CNN, which first reported the story, an individual on one of the Iranian ships radioed, “I am coming at you. You will explode in a couple of minutes.”

To which the US ships responded, “That’s what she said!”
