The Most Important Amendment.
It’s number two, and I’ll tell you why. All of one’s other rights, as outlined by the other nine amendments on the Bill of Rights (and some of the others like Amendment 14, et. al.) can be defended with one’s second amendment right. The Ninth Circuit handed down a decision on collective vs. individual gun-ownership recently. The Fifth Circuit also handed down an opinion recently. Glenn Reynolds and Eugene Volokh have both been covering the events in some detail. Important thing for those of us concerned with constitutional rights to follow, bet you won’t hear the lefties talking about this.
