Not a surprise by any means, but Dick Morris’s column praises Bush’s electoral strategy held within his new tax cuts. He argues that by sunsetting tax cuts, Dems will be forced to support tax hikes during the ’04 election or pretty much remain silent on the matter. Check out this great quote:

It’s definitely worth the read. Slightly interesting is John Fund’s continuing fascination with the Clintons. The guy may be a tool, but he still gets published.
