It’s a good point. Neither Sunowen nor Papailiou can be accused of talking too much in Senate this year… at least Papailiou can be understood when he does speak. I will go out on a limb and say that Emily probably had other options for veep, and probably should have looked elsewhere.
Three of the four (not Ari) Presidential candidates seem qualified, but what about the VPs? Have Papailiau and Sunowen exhibited exceptional leadership while on Senate? Or were they just the lucky ones to catch a ride on a upperclassman’s bid for the top?
