You have found a Wand of Hope and Change, +3 to Overblown Rhetoric:

Clearly, if the next US president were to be Barack Obama, the colour of his skin would do a great deal to change radically the image of America in the world. 

Suddenly America would move from a culture dominated by fear to a culture dominated by hope, at a time when Europeans would still be deeply immersed in a culture of fear.

What the hell does stuff like that even mean?

    Neither of them are Master Debaters, for sure.

    I don’t have that much new content to add to a discussion about the debate, I do think that the next early tipping point will be the vice presidential debate, something I am eagerly waiting for. I know nothing about Biden, well, I know nothing that the main stream media is saying about him. Which might be a position superior to the alternative. I’ll have to do some research on him and Palin’s positions prior to 10/2.

    McCain looked very angry last night….and the whole not looking at Obama thing…weird. He also contradicted himself, which is probably not a good thing. Oh, and he wasn’t wearing a lapel pin. Who’s the patriot now? lol

    It was mostly a push though, they’re both not too good at debating.

    Oh, how I love Moria, the PC ASCII game that revolutionized….well….nothing.

    For me, it was a fielder’s choice. If you’re for McCain, you loved him. If you’re for Obama, you loved him. And all those in between will wait for October 2nd.
