dc is my real name, & you (of all AIPACers,) surely realize that the Commentator has been playing the purge that anti-israel post (or doug feith post) now, ever since they accepted that “line in the sand” prize money.

I’d never spoken to anyone involved in the anti-immigration movement, nor had I ever tried to read “Stormfront”.

Criticism? Censorship? Yes we’ve undergone more than our share of both. But there has been no screaming. What would Pacifica do without all the free advertising by the non-profits and media ? Probably they would all be eaten alive by moths at one of the meetings. Anyways, yeah. This is the Pacifica Forum, for you. Their M.O. is essentially as follows:
1) Hold a meeting involving Holocaust deniers, anti-Semites, or neo-Nazis;
2) Scream “censorship!!!!” the moment a UO student, faculty member, or citizen of Eugene criticizes them for bringing anti-Semites, Holocaust deniers, or neo-Nazis to campus;
3) Prance around like a bunch of fucking twats, pretending like they’re victims whose First Amendment rights have somehow been crushed by said criticism.
4) Sometimes, if it’s the Commentator doing the criticizing, they flood our comments section with white power goons from Stormfront, which is always lovely.
I’ve found it interesting, over the years, to see how the PF’s far-left “anti-Zionist”/anti-Israel blather has morphed into fairly traditional far-right Jew-hating. Of course, the far-right and the far-left have never been that far apart. I think if you compared the “Black Bloc” with, say the Sturmabteilung (S.A.), you’d find an awful lot of similarities.
I’m just confused … they advertise themselves as a “Socialist” party … but at the same time, they claim to be associated with the far right … and Nazi symbols?
